• M.Com (First Class) – Strong foundation in commerce, accountancy, economics, and financial management. Expertise in capital structuring and evaluation of long-term financing sources.
• CAIIB – Comprehensive banking qualification covering theory and practical aspects of banking, foreign exchange operations, public finance, and monetary policies including RBI credit policies.
• Foreign Exchange Expertise – In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange transactions and advisory support to clients in sourcing foreign currency loans vis-à-vis rupee loans.
• CMA (Cost & Management Accounting) – Professional qualification conducted by a Government statutory body. Specialization in cost structures, cost control, value analysis, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Advanced expertise in pricing strategies using marginal costing, activity-based costing, and market-driven pricing for by-products, joint products, and scrap.
• ACS (Company Secretary) – Strong command over Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate legal frameworks with detailed exposure to drafting of statutory and legal documents.
• Specialized knowledge in negotiation techniques, arbitration, mediation, and legal frameworks for effective dispute resolution.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management – Practical exposure to management strategies, marketing, and data-driven decision-making using business analytics.
